It seems to happen to everyone sooner or later. There is a simple fix for this if you have a Time Machine or other backup. The file you need to restore is located in User/Library/Adobe/Common/10/Sites/Site Prefs. Do this while Dreamweaver is closed and restart. Your sites should now be restored.
